A lightweight economic and environmentally friendly board ideal for large point of sale prints and life size cut-outs, has a smooth matt surface on the print side.

This printing process is perfectly suited to most medium to large prints used in retail, marketing, exhibition and events and many other sectors. With excellent colour accuracy and punchy vibrant inks that are highly durable outdoors as well as in, and their excellent adhesion makes it possible to print on to a huge range of media.

No Lamination

Perfectly cut to shape around a single printed image. Separate cut shapes must be ordered as separate print items and cannot be grouped together and supplied as one file for a single print item. We can cut accurately around objects in photos such as people, products etc, removing the background automatically for images that are uploaded. Alternatively we can cut using a cut-line you supply as a .pdf file. Let your creativity flow with limitless possibilities: life-sized cut-outs of people, supersized products for a retail display, geometric shapes like a circle, lettering, logos... Most shapes are possible. Cutting is ultra-precise and consistently neat and clean using our industry leading ZUND cutting system. No need for bleed or oversizing the print since the cutting position is exact. Some shapes are impractical, e.g. a very thin section might cause certain materials to break more easily – we can advise – please call or email if you are unsure. If there is an unusual amount of detail, or additional cutting inside of the shape we may make a surcharge, we will let you know in such cases. An expert checks every order so don’t worry we will get in touch if we need to discuss your cut shape.

One Cardboard Back Strut for free standing prints up to 1 metre wide; e.g. a life-size cut-out of a person. A cardboard support folds out from the back of your print and locks into position to allow it to be free-standing in an indoor environment. Folds flat when not in use. If the width is over 1 metre then choose the same product with 2 back struts.
