supersizeprint.co.uk is a fast growing online brand producing an exciting variety of large and giant printed products using some eye-popping cutting edge digital technology. We are in the business of making people say ‘wow, I didn’t know you could get one of those’.
Our products are all produced in-house here in Buckinghamshire and end up around the country and the globe at events (2012 Olympics), on TV (BBC Top Gear, X Factor and Strictly), and film (The Inbetweeners’ movie), and are used to advertise many well-known brands, but also in the homes and at the parties of the great British public.

The Role:
This role is at the heart of our busy customer service team. Every day is different and every order is different. You are the face of the business - your role is to communicate with our broad range of customers via traditional and social media channels, establishing the customers’ requirements and following up by providing quotations and product recommendations and materials samples, guiding the customer through the process where necessary and providing after sales service. Our customers range from large corporate to marketing and design companies to schools and hospitals to photographers and students.
Who are we looking for:
No prior experience required! We actually prefer candidates who do not come from the print industry (although you may have prior customer service experience which is very welcome) - we want you to talk on the customer’s level and not blind them with science. We will of course provide all the technical training that you require in order to be fully confident in your role. What we do require in large measures is:
· Enthusiasm and drive,
· a friendly and confident phone manner,
· aptitude for quick learning,
· the ability to absorb technical information and simplify it into lay-terms,
· ability to thrive in a busy environment,
· natural empathy and a desire to satisfy customers’ needs.
Skills Required:
